What can a shopping session do for me?

It can help you to discover what truly suits you, as a person, by taking time to understand your life and personality, and ensure that your wardrobe tells the true story of the wonder of you. At the same time, the consultation can show you where you may have been wasting money in the past and how to ensure that you only ever spend money on your wardrobe effectively.

Can I really have a personal shopper? Isn't it just for celebrities and rich people?

We aim to ensure that our fees are affordable to everyone. This is a service that anyone should be able to benefit from, whatever age or earnings level and we hope that you will see that reflected in the our fees.

What can I expect on the day?

Before looking at your clothes or entering any shops, Elaine will always spend some time just meeting you over a cup of tea; from this time, Elaine will be able to plan the rest of your appointment time, ensuring that you are happy and comfortable with her and that the time is spent efficiently for you. You will not be asked to strip off; you will not be manhandled in any way; Elaine will not poke and prod you like you've seen stylists do on the television. You will not ever be ridiculed and your comfort and happiness will remain the key concern of the day throughout.

What if I feel uncomfortable about my body?

Many of our clients feel uncomfortable with some aspect, or all, of their body, and we only want to look after you and make sure that you are comfortable in your clothes and feel happy with how you look. Elaine has her own background of weight and body issues and totally understands not wanting to look in the mirror. We will only ever work at your pace and within your level of comfort to ensure that you are happy.

Can I meet Elaine and make sure I feel comfortable about sharing such personal feelings with her?

Elaine is very happy to meet anyone who would like to know more about her and what she does.
