My ideal in life would be to make every one I meet feel good about themselves.

How you feel when you look in the mirror can be so powerful that it can affect your entire day, so my aim is to enourage as many people as possible to be able to look in the mirror and love what they see! This is why I set up Green and Brown to be able to show others, especially women, what to wear to feel wonderful and love their reflection.

When I was overweight I tried to cover myself up in baggy clothes, and I would rather not go shopping at all than come home depressed at not finding anything that would fit me or look any good. I didn't know what clothes suited me or where to shop and in the end I didn't even want to bother. So I learnt to dress to make the most of the bits I liked and take attention away from the bits I didn't, I discovered how to dress my shape and size, and I started to feel better about myself and face the world with more confidence. I discovered the power clothes truly had to make me feel better about myself and it is this key life experience that I bring to my consultations, along with my image training.
